eMS Face to Face meeting - moved out

Hi

Since a couple of key participants are unable to make the dates that were proposed, we are canceling the plans to meet face to face in the San Francisco Bay Area. A date and location will be sent out later once we have an internal discussion in the TC
  meeting.

  Thanks
