Vote on SC Charter

Sorry for any confusion with the ballot on the SC charter (still learning
the Kavi system ...)

Please review the charter (available on Kavi) and register your vote using
the Kavi balloting process.  If you recommend disapproval, please call or
e-mail me with the specific change that you would need to see incorporated
in order to recommend approval.  Hopefully all issues have been resolved in
previous meetings/telecons on the topic, but if not this is your last
opportunity to weigh in.  Looking forward to the results and moving ahead
with the deliverables.
