DISCUSSION GROUPS

One of the things we discussed last week was the need to conduct much more
of our business via Discussion Groups rather than via e-mails.  I am pleased
to be able to offer you this facility on our UK GovTalk site as from next
week.  I would suggest we could set up a general discussion group under the
title of EML, with sub-topic threads of Glossary, Authentication, XML
schemas, etc etc.  

To answer Karl's point, we will have an archive facility that is open to the
public.

Please let me know if you wish to use this service and I'll make the
necessary arrangements.
