Thanks John! Can you also send me the original source files 
for the two PDF documents? The TC Process now requires that we maintain original 
source, html and pdf - I can create the html from the source and then upload the 
comlete set to docs.oasis-open.org

Sorry for the delay but I've now loaded the OASIS Standard v4 
  documentation set on the TC website and amended the TC Homepage 
  accordingly.  So you can now do the necessary linkage from the the

    updated copy of the Committee Specification indicating that it is an OASIS 
    Standard, along with the date of February 1, 2006 (the date of the official 
    announcement). The footers also need to be updated. As soon as I have that
