Hi John,

 

  The TC really needs to decide whether they plan on 
transitioning ... we're getting very close to the deadline! The TC needs to 
determine which of the three possible IPR modes it would like to follow in the 
future: RAND, RF on RAND Terms, or RF on Limited Terms. Then 51% of the voting 
membership must agree (if the meeting is quorate and the decision is unamimous, 
you've met the bar - it's 51% of total voting members, as opposed to 51% of 
voting members in attendance). Once the decision is made let me know and I can 
start the rest of the process.
