I have today submitted the attached paper in response to NIST's Call for participation for their forthcoming workshop - http://vote.nist.gov/CDF-WorkshopCallForPapers.htm

 

David will be submitting a paper on our behalf on their second topic, ie usage experiences.  (David note the submission deadline is now 1 September)

 

I have lined up Laurent Liscia, the OASIS Executive Director, to present our case at the workshop should this paper get selected.
