FW: EML TC CHARTER REVISION

It has been brought to my attention that the draft I put out last week does not conform properly with the latest TC Process Guidelines, so to correct that I have amended it accordingly.  Attached
 is a version that does now comply and the new material is highlighted.  

 

Hopefully we'll find time to discuss this on the call today.

Our TC Charter has not been revised since the inception of the TC 8 years ago.  In an attempt to bring it up to date to reflect our current activates and focus, attached is a draft for your consideration. 
 I'd like to discuss this on our call on Thursday if time permits.  It will need a formal TC vote to approve any changes.
