Schema Updates

Folks - you will have seen an update in the SVN repository. I have managed to make some substantial progress. If you can make the 4pm EST call this week I can brief you and we can make a few key decisions. 

Overall things are cleaning up nicely and what I really like is that they are simplifying, not getting more complex.
