Tickets in - Can't make call

I've got a minor emergency that I need to take care of this afternoon/evening. 

The issues raised by the TAB have all been entered into JIRA: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/EMERGENCY

I have to assign them to the HAVE component though.
