Description
This zip file contains the latest version of the draft DE 2.0 schema  (de_2_ver09.xsd), along with the updated defaults schema  (DE_DefaultValueLists_ver06.xsd), with an updated quick reference  (DE_2.0_QuickReference_ver_04.txt) and diagram (DE_2_Diagram_ver4.ppt), as  well as an updated specification (EDXL-DE-v2.0-wd01f.odt and .pdf) in the  docsInProgress folder.  Also included are the examples using HAVE which  should validate, since all the supporting schema are included. The DE 2.0  schema was updated to include urgency, certainty, and severity elements as  well as their defaults.
