Description
At the Sept 11, 2012 meeting of the Infrastructure Framework subcommittee,  the members discussed the following topics:

 1.  TOPIC: Should the DE 2.0 be advanced for an initial public review,  rather than a second public review?  (Answer: Yes, substantive changes have  been made to the DE 2.0 and an initial public review of 30 days will allow  everyone time to comment on these and related improvements.)

 Summary of follow-up motions Jeff made at EM TC:

 i. Jeff made and Rex seconded a motion to advance the EDXL Distribution  Element v2.0 Working Draft 09 located at  https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/emergency-if/download.php/46733/edxl-de-v2.0-wd09.zip  to a Committee Specification Draft. All agreed, none opposed and none  abstained.

 ii. Jeff made and Rex seconded a motion to begin a 30-day public review of  the Committee Specification Draft just approved. All agreed, none opposed  and none abstained.
