Slight Change in Meeting Time Tomorrow

Hi Folks,

The meeting time for the SC has been changed to 1:00 p.m. tomorrow. 
This is the accommodate the TC schedule which needs the extra half 
hour. I will probably be in the air on the way to DC tomorrow at that 
time, so I may or may not be able to listen in, but I won't be able 
to chair the meeting.
