Groups - EDXL-RM Specification 1.0 (v0020) (EDXL-RM-WD-V10-R0020.doc) uploaded

The data dictionary should include all of the elements in the ERM in the
same order. I have not had the chance to make any editorial changes to it.
I did check the message semantics against the matrix and schedule types,
and I found LOTS of mistakes (with my part). <sigh>
