Hey Rex,  The TC call is on for 12:00 EDT.  The IF SC has no leader 
today and will not meet.  I'll put a note out shortly.  HAVE was 
approved for CD and 60-day public review, I'll be posting meeting 
notes shortly.  Ram will join us today and may have some discussion
