Groups - EDXL-TEP Practitioner open issues (TEP-Stakeholder-IssuesRev2.3_06-10-2010(1).xls) uploaded

This is the list of open issues from the practitioner requirements process
for consideration by the OASIS TEP subcommittee.

SitReps is getting there slowly but surely, so I hope we'll do a proper
kickoff of the TEP SC by early March.  In addition, a collaboration
agreement is in-process between OASIS and HL7 focused on this standard.
