Agenda + Info Needed - OASIS TEP F to F next week

Attached is a copy of a proposed agenda.  Please reply with comments and I will try to refine before we meet.  Then we will review and refine together as we get started.

In particular I would like feedback on  sequence  and time-box allocation.

OVERALL SCHEDULE:
1.
Kickoff Tuesday May 29:       1:00 PM – 5 PM
(DINNER afterward for anyone who can make it)
2.
Wednesday May 30:               8:30 AM – ? as required to make good progress
3.
Thurs May 31:                            8:30 – 5:00 PM

ACTION ITEMS / INFORMATION STILL NEEDED:
1.
Mitre folks - Mitre address / building, entrance to use, room #
2.
Mitre folks – An 800 # Werner dial in or direct dial into our conference room
3.
Werner – Send us your phone contact information/skype/IM to coordinate times when we should connect by phone
4.
Patti – Recommended approach / tool for capture of graphical model

Note:  A somewhat urgent doctor apmt has come up for me at 3:00PM Thursday – I will need to leave by about 2PM.  Let’s plan to capture action items and next steps immediately after lunch on Thursday, get as far as possible Thursday till 5PM, and someone take responsibility to complete and publish them afterward.
