CAP adoption worldwide

I received a question asking about the extent of
CAP adoption on a global scale, literally
about the number of countries that have adopted
the CAP standard.

If someone has such a list of "countries" or can
cite URI references for resources that provide
an approximate answer, I'll forward the information
to the person making the inquiry.

And of course: I'm interested also!
