Missing <xs:include schemaLocation="emix-warrants.xsd"/>?

Thread: Missing <xs:include schemaLocation="emix-warrants.xsd"/>?

Looking at the wd18 schemas, I was unable to validate them in XMLSpy. It looks like the zip file is missing emix-warrants.xsd. If not, point me at the correct resolution.
