Comment on Schema file names.

In the the xsd folder, and also in the final Appendix, there seems to
be some mis-match of schema file names.

The seven files are:
emix.xsd
emix-requirements.xsd
emix-warrants.xsd
power.xsd
power-products.xsd   <---  possible issue
power-quality.xsd
resource.xsd

Inside each of the XSD files is the text:

"Set includes:
    EMIX, EMIX-Requirements, EMIX-Warrants (emix)
    Power, Power-Contracts, Power-Quality (power)  <--
Power-Contracts? but no Power-Products?
    Resource (resource)"

- Possibly Power-Contracts was renamed at some point as
power-products...??  Or was the wrong file included?
