The outside of the envelope is the price[s] and quantit[ies] and interval[s] and perhaps some market placement information (counterparty, transaction-id,location…). I think it includes the performance chaacteristics that are currently shorthanded by “Type”.
All certificates and sub-charges (congestion, tax, …), then, are on the inside.

I object to adding items and elements to the envelope. The envelope should be closer to the old use of electricity, i.e., all electrons are fungible and there is no distinction between them. The envelope is the full and complete purchase of electrons/ Social concerns (source, location, carbon, …) are all inside the envelope.
