Units in eMIX.

All,

We have a place holder in the eMIX information model for
Units including a reference to UnitsML.

We need units for energy, power and time (kWh, kW and hours
for example).

We also will need to specify metric units such as joules for
energy.

I recommend we develop some examples of application of
UnitsML to eMIX.  I have no
experience with UnitsML so we need a volunteer.
