- Broke into more effective use of Inside the Envelop / Outsie the envelope
verbiage
- Introduced Intrinsic / Extrinsic language
- Introduced developing WS-Calendar approaches to handling intervals
- Introduced EnergyArtifact as  the class of things that WS-Calendar
intervals refer to. Each Energy product type has a different Energy
Artifact
- Added response / performance characteristics to the ACPowerLoadArtifact
- All EnergyArtifacts now in their own chapter

- You may wish to thumb through WS-Calendar to see what direction I am
going with the intervals.
