Do we have have all these sub-tables consolidated into one big table?

If I have that table as a Excel spreadsheet - then I can save that to XML as a CAM dictionary - and then you can develop ABIE / BBIE / ASBIEs for the actual XML instances - and have CAM generate the OASIS CS XSD schema for you as next steps...
