Data Types For eMIX and Energy Interop

Bill noted in my review of the TeMIX Use Cases that we should be using a standard set of Data Types.

What standard Data Types should we be using from OASIS,CIM,OPENSG,NAESB, etc. for eMIX and Energy Interop?
