Now that the resources.xsd derived rom the CIM EA defintions is normalized
into valid XSD, it is time t begin looking explicitly to the Resource
definitions coming from IRC, UCAIug, PAP07 and see if we can create a
common set oh high level services using the semantic elements so
discovered.

I look forward to comments from representatives of thse areas as we move
into the resource.xsd defintions that will generically describe DER (and so
DR) for market interactions.
