Comments on wd12 - details on using Jira

I'd like to emphasize a point in Toby's earlier note.


Please make ALL comments on the document in Jira. This allows us to
track and modify the document in a managed way, which is especially
important as we come to a stable release candidate specification.


  Use component "spec" for the specification and "affects version"
wd12. Don't put an entry in "Fix Version".
  For the schemas, choose component "schema" and "affects version"
wd12.

Toby and I worked through all the open issues this week and closed most
of them so the clutter factor is lower.


You all should have Jira logins; they are managed independently from
your usual OASIS login. The main difference is if your login name
starts with a capital letter, use it with lower case letters. The
passwords are initialized to your usual OASIS password. If you don't
know your password, there's a "send password" option given your login
name.
