Important EMIX meeting today

Agenda was posted and updated yesterday.
Due to recent (last Friday) changes in OASIS TC Administrator
policies, to vote on a Committee Specification Draft we must have a
URI to a completed document, not specify markup to an existing
working draft.
We have for consideration WD21, after a TC review of WD20 and
correct a couple of  show stoppers .
Given the timing, and that a public review will be 15 days, we would
like to move this document and the associated artifacts to CSD and
public review; I think we're at the point where broadening the
review pool makes tremendous sense.
We will discuss, and likely cancel next week's meeting due to the
SGIP F2F -- and that two weeks would be best spent getting detailed
comments from the community at large.
