In a pure TEMIX market, rebate pricing is straight-forward,

In terms of the communication it challenges the ongoing energy price. Baselining is occult, to say the least.

Any of the contracts can support “charges”: demand charges and block pricing are already defined as charges (in terms of the schema)

Should we define re-bate pricing as a negative charge, that can be overlaid by interval on-top of the base pricing>
