A hazard of late night posting.

Periodically, a file of this size goes corrupt, meaning that the tables of contents, and tables of figures, and the caption numbers all update inconsistently or not at all. The solution is to cut and paste into a new document – which then has lsot line numbering….

This one should be more satisfactory
