Terms and more direct use of WS-Calendar incorporated

 Will reference PR03 of WS-Calendar when available. Until then, artifacts generated will look like old WS-Calendar.

 Will re-gen artifacts after WS-Calendar PR03 comes out

 Need new defintions for elements from Hendry/Holmberg
