Workshop meeting Wednesday to finish PR03 comment discussion andanalysis - Doodle poll linked

I've set up a Doodle.com poll to help select the time for an EMXI
Workshop Meeting on Wednesday. I believe that Aaron is back home and
more available, so we'd like to finish the last part of his
comments.
Poll link is  http://www.doodle.com/d3wmxrp2fd2t2whk  - I'll schedule
the meeting in the EMIX calendar just before or just after the EITC
meeting.
I've identified the start times and the periods are an hour; I
expect we'll need 60-90 minutes, but let's try to stick with an
hour.
