Comments on EMIX vs the PAP03 Requirements

Attached is an analysis of the PAP03 requirements vs. the EMIX public review draft for consideration by the EMIX TC. The overall recommendations are for the EMIX TC:

provide traceability to the requirements from the EMIX artifacts (specification, schema)
2.
to address the identified gaps
