This is a note sent to a number of TC and IRC participants in
mid-August; the artifact is part of the Forward Prices note that
Toby and I are working on  (FORWD). An earlier attempt to forward

I've attached an EMIX artifact that contains the PJM day ahead
prices for July 28, at Pnode 4669664 (New Jersey Hub).  This is
a sample - there are various additional optimizations or
factorings that could be applied, and would be useful for (say)
the IRC or a PJM profile in Energy Interop.
Thanks to Ian for getting us started; I'm sure there are details
that are not precise.  Toby and I used the TotalLMP information.
Further note: This was part of a discussion on expressing forward
prices, in this case hourly next-day market clearing prices,
available at 5pm for the following day.
The same pattern, of course, can address the second example of
five minute projected prices for the next two hours.
