IRC Comments to CSD04

IRC continues to express concern with the renaming of products the Emix Technical Committee is perusing.  Specifically listing products which are widely understood by the industry. Ancillary services are products not options.  

 

Also issues with the definition of products as an _expression_ of time,  delivery point, quantity, etc is not harmonious with the work provided by NAESB, IRC, and the CIM.
