Several ballots for Committee Notes have opened
Members of the EMIX TC,  Special Majority ballots to approve several Committee Note Drafts as Committee Notes open today. The ballots will remain open through 6 June 2012. You can access the ballots at the following URLs:

These are Special Majority Ballots. In order to pass, at least 2/3 of the Voting Members of the TC must vote "yes" and no more than 1/4 vote "no." The roster currently shows 10 voting members so at least 7 members must vote "yes" and no more than 3 may vote "no."  This ballot is only open to eligible voting members of the TC. I currently show the following members as eligible to vote:  Gerald Gray, Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI)

Anne Hendry, Individual	 William Cox, Individual Edward Cazalet, Individual Joshua Phillips, ISO/RTO Council (IRC)
