Canceling December 13 meeting - Keeping January 10

The draft report on the response to the interpretation request is
not ready - Grid-Interop and other things got in the way; the team
was asked to do a draft by December 6 and has just started
discussions. This was our only agenda item for December.
I've talked with Ed, and we'll cancel the December 13 EMIX meeting,
and do the report discussion with the TC on the email list.
We'd also in the November 15 meeting suggested canceling January 10,
but if we can't come to closure on the response we should meet
then...
So in summary:
No meeting December
Possible meeting January
Planned meeting February
