Hmmm ... didn't touch any acknowledgements, and the 'note to reviewers' was included in the notice rather than the spec itself?

The Committee Draft as submitted is different in several ways from the Public Review as released. The OASIS staff performed their quality control and removed some non-standard acknowledgements as well as the “Note to Reviewers” page. The note to reviewers included the highlights that the committee requested.
