 Ramp Up, Recovery, and Notification are derived from  xcal Properties and can be added wherever Properties are used (in the Interval)

EventBase (and the derived signal types) have a choice of using xcal:vcalendar or eitc:vcalendar, which respectively get filled with xcal:intervals or eitc:intervals
