EITC meeting planning - November 16 and 23 - call for agenda items

A significant number of members will be at the UCAIug meeting on
Wednesday (there's a PAP09 meeting at, I believe, 430pm EST on
Wednesday).
Our pending list includes Pim's posting on a transport binding, but
I'd prefer to do that on the 23rd when we will have more members
present.
Any other agenda suggestions?
Should be cancel the November 16 meeting?
