Reminder - clarifications and suggestions Sections 1-3 due tonight May 20

This is a reminder to get your comments, clarifications, and
suggestions on Common Transactive Services WD04 sent to the list
today. This is so our Technical Editor has time to produce a new
working draft early next week for our meeting May 27 so we can
continue moving forward.
