EI CTS WD05 has been uploaded

If you go to the TC's home page, recently uploaded documents are in the right column. This shows all "revisions" for WD05 and so is a simpler way to find the multiple documents uploaded today.
I am still not receiving document notifications. Please let me know if you did or if you did not receive them. I am working with Scott McGrath on this issue and we need better data points on who does or does not receive the automatic negotiations.
