        Description

        WD06 of CTS 1.0

The framing / overview / semantic sections (1-3) are close to complete, and

I am not looking for changes there.

The next steps are framing the interactions, considering specific payloads

(built from the semantic elements already defined) and using a lens of

minimal information to enable emergent business behaviors while supporting

privacy and other social concerns.

There are no updates to the Schema with this release
