We discovered some confusing text in WD10 which we had
approved as CSD and Public review at our October 14 meeting.
The Chairs and Editor decided it was better to fix the
non-substantive issues (things as simple as outdated figure
not matching the text, incoherent sentences, inadvertent
duplication of text, old and new conformance statements
together. WD10 has not been submitted to OASIS for public
review or as a Committee Specification Draft.
This led to Working Draft 11, which has been posted to the
document repository - links are in the motion below. The
diffmarked version showing changes since WD10 is at

Rolf Bienert made the original motion, but rather than wait
for our next meeting we will use our standing rule for motion,
second, and vote on the TC email list.
We need a second with votes following.
This motion passes when we have received a Full Majority of
affirmative votes
Send an email to the list inserting your vote saying "I vote
(YES or NO) on the motion from William Cox on October 22,
2021".

William Cox moves that the TC approve Energy Interoperation
Common Transactive Services (CTS) Version 1.0 Working Draft 11
(DOCX and PDF) in the OASIS repository at

as a Committee Specification Draft and designate the PDF
version of the specification as authoritative.
We further approve submitting that approved Working Draft /

We further direct the chairs and editor to perform any
actions required by TC Administrator including but not limited
to compiling reviewer addresses and cover letter.
