Not clear how offset markets are "unworkable" - please clarity. This descriptive attribute seems not to limit capabilities.

One use case is substation with offsets for different feeder markets, limiting time-based strike time destructive interactions, commonly applied in 61850 environments.

Add clarifying text to the characteristics table.
