Please note that after discussion with several participants, Abbie Barbir, the convener, has requested that the time of the inaugural meeting be adjusted.
The meeting is now scheduled for November 19, 22:00 UTC / 5:00 PM US eastern / 3:00 PM US mountain time and November 20th, 7:00 AM Japan time. The meeting is scheduled for 2:00 hours.
