This document (01a) provides minor updates on the First Draft (01) of the  FESC Requirements released by JSSL, SIMTech and is based mainly on inputs arising out of the Web Service Reference Architecture (WSRA) work of JSSL.

This document will be referenced by the first draft of FE Specs that will be uploaded in the next few days. 

It is the aim of this document to help jumpstart contribution from the members of FWSI TC in the area of FE Specification.
