[humanmarkup] HM.applications, updated

Hi Everyone,

Every time I think I'm done with the HM.applications file, I think of 
something else I want included, so I have uploaded it again, this 
time with mention of Human Physical Characteristics Description 
Markup Language and Virtual Reality, the combination of which will be 
included in the next document I put forward, which will be for the 
purpose of getting the Physical Description Subcommittee energized. I 
will be sending it as an attachment rather than uploading it to the 
website since it will be a proposal to start work officially on a 
Human Physical Characteristics Description Markup Language as a 
subset of the Human Markup Language.

I'm hoping to have the first draft ready later today.
