Template to use for the Use Cases document?

Hi Mary,
   the TC is wondering whether there is any template for capturing the 
use cases coming out of the IDCloud TC? Since this document will be 
formalized by the TC, I am wondering if we can just reuse one of the 
spec templates.

Please advice.
