I hope this is the right formum for this question. I am looking to set up a web applet using ebXML to prototype the transfer of v3 HL7 messages for the EHR portion of the national library of medicine project. ideally it would already incorporate encryption, and very basic authentication so that we could concentrate on payload issues. Can you point me to where I can find something. Or has such an open source site already been set up that I can copy or add to?
