Matrix and Actors

All, 

So we have a matrix on the site (excuse me
for not having it – I am not on line). If we work this through use cases then
we need to start filling the matrix with actors and existing standards.

There has been very little “chatter”
on this topic. Am I missing something here? Should we be approaching this
differently? Please help me with feedback and I will get to work on this!
